History

Spirit Academy began in the Spring of 1998, when a group of parents decided to take an active role in the oversight and implementation of their children's education. As the school began to grow, it became evident that Spirit Academy should become a University-Model School, and was certified in the Spring of 2005 as the first of its kind in the State of California.

Mission Statement  

Spirit Academy is a private, University Model School whose mission is to provide its students with a comprehensive, college preparatory education from a Christian perspective.  Spirit Academy exists to provide encouragement to and help equip parents in the process of educating their children to God's standard of spiritual maturity and academic excellence with the focus on preparing them for a life of service to God and to humanity.
