Families interested in enrolling their student(s) in Spirit Academy must:

• Fill out and complete a pre-interview packet and submit packet to the administrative office before a scheduled family interview.

• Participate in a family interview. School admission is based on a one-time interview that is taken care of by the school board. The purpose of this interview is to make certain that all of your questions about Spirit Academy have been answered and to make certain that we are the appropriate school for your family.

• Upon completion of the interview, the school board members present at the interview will meet to review the families interested in enrollment. Each family will receive notification indicating the school board's decision.

• Submit a completed application to the school with $225.00 per student non-refundable registration fee upon acceptance. This fee includes the SAT10 testing.

• Be in agreement with and willing to sign the policy on Parent Responsibilities and Student Code of Conduct.

After the interview process has been completed, the notice of acceptance has been given and accepted, and the application has been completed, the registration fee is non-refundable. Students who re-enroll by the set deadline will secure a place in the school for the fall, provided the family's tuition is kept current. A $225 per student non-refundable registration fee is required upon re-enrollment.

Any family applying to Spirit Academy, who may have previously attended the school, but is not currently enrolled, will be required to meet the same admissions criteria as new families. The school board reserves the right to dismiss or refuse to re-enroll a student.

If a family must withdraw a student prior to the end of the school year a 30-day written notice is required. Tuition will not be refunded.

Each student must have a complete and current CUM report on file prior to the start of school. This file includes, but is not limited to: student birth certificate, transfer of previous school records, health examination by a licensed physician, immunization records, pertinent student and family information, and a completed emergency authorization form.

To begin the process please print and fill out the Pre Interview Packet and submit to Spirit Academy to schedule a family interview. If after the interview the board and you decide this is the right school for your child(ren), then print and complete the Registration Packet and submit to Spirit Academy with the registration fee for each child attending.
